I ordered around 1000sqft of flooring and everything went smooth. I ordered on a Friday afternoon, they shipped out my order on Monday as promised and I got a call from the freight company for delivery on Wednesday.- Jim
Expedited shipping is available if you call and place your order. I did this shortly after their posted cut-off time for same day shipping, but they still managed to get my order out the same day and I was able to have my materials the next day and continue with my project as planned. Lots of materials in stock, fair prices, quick to ship, and great customer service! I've placed several more orders since then and will continue to be a repeat customer. Thanks!-Derek
Flooring Market brought a "WOW" experience to me. I ordered flooring to them and got it delivered quicker than I imagined. I followed up with some additional items. This is where things get tricky. There was a problem with my order and 1 month later it still hadn't been shipped. This proved to be no problem at all for the great folks there. I must've called and/or emailed a dozen times and each time I was met with stellar customer service. The problem was rectified quickly and just in time to get my floor installed. It is a beautiful finished product. Needless to say, they have won my business for the future.-Malaquias
