The fine-celled, extruded polystyrene foam offers excellent thermal insulation as well as excellent impact (transmitted) and in-room (reflective) sound insulation with an IIC 69 STC 66 rating.

- Selitac Advanced's superior compression strength protects non-glued laminate floors against damage at the seams, where floating floor locking systems can be compromised due to load pressure.
