Mapei Ultrabond ECO MS 4 LVT Professional Hybrid-Polymer Adhesive

Ultrabond ECO MS 4 LVT is a moisture-curing, one-component, silane-modified, hybrid-polymer adhesive built for direct bonding of vinyl and rubber flooring in interior applications. High moisture resistance means no moisture testing is required before installation — one less step before you start.

Formulated for LVT, SPC, and rigid LVT flooring, and suitable for both absorbent and nonabsorbent substrates, including underfloor heating systems. Handles static and dynamic loads well, making it a solid fit for heavy-wear domestic, commercial, and industrial spaces — hospitals, shopping centers, airports, and similar high-traffic environments.

Very tough and highly resistant to shear loads, so it performs well under direct sunlight, forklift traffic, or constant water exposure like commercial kitchens and showers. Rated for stresses from chair casters per EN 12529.
