You must complete the order confirmation before your order can be processed — the confirmation is included in the invoice that will be emailed to you.

Guarantee Details
This guarantee applies only to eligible flooring products. It excludes accessories, maintenance items, and any items other than the actual flooring, as well as backordered products.
If your order doesn't ship within 48 hours*, you'll receive 10% back (up to $500).
