Tile Collection Chicago 8x16 Tile South Side

Tile Collection Chicago 8x16 Tile South Side

No city in America is more closely associated with brick than Chicago — from Prohibition-era speakeasies on Rush Street to the manufacturing centers of the west side, brick is a celebrated piece of the Windy City's architectural heritage. The Chicago Collection recreates that authentic look and feel in a durable porcelain tile, with a rich, timeworn visual that brings urban character indoors and out.

This 8x16 size offers a larger-format brick-look tile in the South Side colorway, well suited to bathroom and kitchen floors, laundry rooms, and living spaces. Through-body, unglazed porcelain construction with substantial (V4) shade variation delivers an authentic, worn-brick look.

How does lead time work for a made-to-order tile like this?
Since it's an import item produced to order, confirm expected lead time with your supplier before committing to a project timeline — this isn't a stock item that ships immediately.

Is 8x16 a good size for a small bathroom floor?
It can work well, but a larger-format tile in a small room means more cut pieces at the edges — balance the visual impact of a bigger brick shape against the waste factor for tighter spaces.

Does the minimum order requirement apply to this size?
Check with your supplier — this collection has minimum order thresholds on some sizes and formats, so confirm the specific minimum for 8x16 before finalizing a quote.

Can this tile go on a shower wall?
Through-body porcelain is water-resistant and suitable for wet areas, but confirm your grout and waterproofing membrane meet code requirements for shower applications specifically.
