Tile Collection Pietra Di Ostuni 16x24 Field Matte Tile Grigio

Pietra Di Ostuni brings the soft, elegant look of natural travertine to a durable porcelain tile, with subtle variations in shade and texture that mimic the real stone's natural character. The Grigio colorway offers a cool, soft grey tone that pairs well with both modern and traditional design styles.

Made in Italy, this large-format 16x24 field tile pairs with other sizes in the Grigio line — including 16x16, 8x16, 8x8, Trame decorative, and Fascia Spina herringbone mosaic — for a cohesive, mixed-format installation. Frost-resistant and suitable for both residential and commercial applications.

The current lead time for this material is 1 to 2 weeks. Please reach out if you would like to confirm availability or estimated shipping timelines.

Why does this size have a longer lead time than the 16x16 Grigio?
This 16x24 size carries a 3 to 5 week lead time, longer than the standard 1-2 weeks on the 16x16 — worth factoring into your project schedule.

Do I need a large-format mortar for this size?
Yes — at 16x24, any dimension over 15" qualifies as large-format tile, requiring a nonsag, large-and-heavy-tile mortar rather than a standard thin-set.

Does the larger format mean fewer grout lines across a room?
Yes — the 16x24 size covers more area per piece than the 16x16 or 8x16, resulting in fewer seams across a given floor or wall.

What other sizes pair with this 16x24 in the same Grigio colorway?
16x16, 8x16, 8x8, a Trame decorative 8x8, and a Fascia Spina herringbone mosaic — all in Grigio, giving flexibility to mix formats within one cohesive installation.
