Please note that all Profile products are considered special order items. Orders are typically processed within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been processed and staged for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
Additionally, all Profile products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully verify product specifications, finishes, dimensions, and quantities before submitting your order.
By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled and the product cannot be returned for credit or refund. All sales are final.
