Anderson Hardwood Transcendence Trim Flush Reducer

The Anderson Tuftex Transcendence Flush Reducer creates a smooth transition where Transcendence flooring meets a lower-height surface — sheet vinyl, bare concrete, or similar. Color- and finish-matched to coordinate with your Transcendence colorway, carrying the same reactive-stained, wire-brushed character as the field flooring.

Also commonly used in reverse against higher floors, or against fixed objects like fireplaces and sliding glass doors. Moldings aren't an exact match to the floor but are designed to complement its overall color and finish — expect natural grain and color variation, consistent with the wood species itself.

Important: this trim piece must be purchased alongside the corresponding Transcendence flooring — orders for trim alone will be canceled.

Can I order this trim by itself?
No — it must be purchased together with Transcendence flooring, or the order will be canceled.

When do I use a flush reducer instead of a T-molding?
Use a reducer when Transcendence transitions to a floor of a different, typically lower, height — like sheet vinyl or bare concrete. A T-molding is for floors of similar height instead.

Will the color match my flooring exactly?
It's designed to closely complement your specific Transcendence colorway, but moldings aren't an exact match — natural grain and color variation is expected, the same as with the flooring itself, and often more pronounced given this collection's extremely high color variation.

Can this be used against a fireplace or sliding door?
Yes — it's sometimes used creatively against fixed objects like fireplaces or sliding glass doors, not just floor-to-floor transitions.
