Bjelin Stair Nose, Open Staircase, Oak (11mm)
The Bjelin Stair Nose for Open Staircases gives XL and XXL format flooring a clean, finished edge on stairs with an open riser — where the underside of the tread is visible rather than boxed in. Crafted from FSC-certified solid oak in Croatia, with a matte finish stained to coordinate with your specific colorway.
Available in two lengths to fit a range of staircase widths.
Important: this trim piece must be purchased alongside the corresponding Woodura flooring — orders for trim alone will be canceled.

What's the difference between this and the closed staircase stair nose?
This piece is designed for open staircases, where the tread's underside and edge are visible rather than boxed in by a riser. The closed staircase version is made for stairs with a solid riser underneath.
Is this solid wood?
Yes — FSC-certified solid oak, unlike the veneer-over-core construction used for the T-Mould and Reducer trim pieces.
Which length do I need?
Both 39" and 55" lengths are available — choose based on your staircase width, or stock both for different project sizes.
