Mapei Ultrabond ECO 575 Premium Cove Base Adhesive

Ultrabond ECO 575 is a premium wall-base adhesive built for superior bond and impact resistance on rubber, vinyl, and carpet wall base. Recently reformulated for even greater grab and wet strength, so corners stay wrapped tight instead of lifting after install.

Acrylic-based, water-based, light-colored formula that won't stain even the whitest wall base. Fast early grab holds base in place while you work. Also approved for FRP panels (fiberglass reinforced plastic) and wall carpet installations.

Includes BioBlock antimicrobial technology, tested to ASTM G21 standards, so it doesn't support mold, mildew, or fungal growth after install (regular cleaning and maintenance still required). Low-VOC, low-odor formula suitable for occupied spaces — schools, hospitals, offices, retail.

Will this stain light-colored wall base?
No — the light-colored, acrylic-based formula is designed not to stain even the whitest vinyl or rubber base.

Can I use it on wallpaper or vinyl wall covering?
No — don't install over nonporous surfaces like vinyl wall covering, laminates, ceramic tile, metal, or similar materials.

What temperature range does it need?
50°F to 90°F substrate temperature, with relative humidity under 65%.

Does it resist mold and mildew?
Yes — includes Mapei's BioBlock technology, tested to ASTM G21 standards.
