Mapei Mapecem Quickpatch High-Performance Concrete Patch

Mapecem Quickpatch is a fast-setting, cementitious patching material for repairing interior and exterior concrete surfaces — patching, leveling, and ramping in one product. Naturally gray to blend with existing concrete.

Apply from 1/16" up to 1-1/2" thick neat, or up to 3" thick in areas no larger than 24 sq. ft. (larger areas need to be extended). Prime and cover with a leveler, cement-based overlay, or tile-setting mortar in as little as 90 minutes. Moisture-controlling adhesives or mitigation systems can go over it in as little as 16 hours, and floor coverings can follow that same 16-hour window — as long as the subfloor meets the installed material's requirements.

Very low VOC emissions, with greenhouse gas offsets built into the product's life cycle. Self-curing — don't use a damp-curing method.

How thick can I apply this? 1/16" to 1-1/2" neat over general areas, or up to 3" in smaller areas (24 sq. ft. or less). Larger areas at that depth need the product extended.

How soon can I install flooring over it? As little as 16 hours, provided your subfloor meets the requirements of the mortar or adhesive you're using.

Can I use this to fill cracks? No — don't use Mapecem Quickpatch as a crack filler. Use the appropriate Mapei crack-repair product first.

What temperature range does it need? 45°F to 85°F. Below 70°F, allow for extra curing time. Don't apply if rain or freezing temps are expected within 24 hours.
