Mapei Planiprep PSC Moisture-Resistant Fast-Dry Skimcoat, 10 lb.

Planiprep PSC is a fast-drying, cement-based, fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified patch and skimcoating compound built to prep concrete and wood substrates ahead of flooring installation. Use it to smooth and repair interior floors before laying down finish flooring.

Suitable for exterior-grade plywood and other approved wood substrates, cement-based self-leveling underlayments and patching compounds, and properly primed gypsum underlayments that meet compressive strength requirements. Moisture-resistant formula, fiber-reinforced for durability, and fast-drying so you're not waiting around before the next step.

Compatible with laminate, carpet, porcelain tile, engineered hardwood, vinyl, ceramic tile, natural stone tile, and solid hardwood installs.

Do I need a primer before applying this?
No additive or primer is required when applying directly over clean, porous concrete.
