Mapei Self-Leveling Mixing Kit

The Mapei Self-Leveling Mixing Kit bundles everything needed to mix, pour, and finish a self-leveling underlayment job in one set — no separate trips for a bucket, paddle, or smoother. Built around a 15-gallon, double-handled mixing barrel with lid, sized to hold up to three 50 lb bags of material and pair with an oval-shaped mixer.

Includes 1" spike shoes for walking through freshly poured material to release trapped air, a 5-quart measuring pitcher for accurate water ratios, an oval mixing paddle, a 20" smoother, a gauge rake, and a three-part broom handle that works across the different tools in the kit.

Works with the full line of Mapei self-leveling underlayments and toppings, including Novoplan, Planiplan, Ultraplan, and Self-Leveler Plus products.

Are the tools sold separately, or only as this kit? Mapei sells the mixing barrel on its own as well, but this listing is the complete kit — barrel plus all the application tools together.

How many bags of material can I mix at once? The barrel holds up to three 50 lb bags at a time.

What are the spike shoes for? Strap them on to walk through freshly poured self-leveler, releasing trapped air bubbles as you go — same idea as the spike roller, but for foot traffic across the pour.

Does this work with any self-leveling product? Yes — it's designed to work with Mapei's full self-leveling underlayment and topping line.
