Mapei UltraCare Concentrated Tile & Grout Cleaner

UltraCare Concentrated Tile & Grout Cleaner is a highly concentrated, neutral-pH cleaner with a fresh lemon scent, built for regular floor maintenance rather than spot-cleaning countertops. Dilute with water and mop — one bottle covers a lot more ground than a ready-to-use spray.

Biodegradable formula won't strip existing penetrating sealers, and it helps prevent soap scum buildup and hard-water deposits over time. Safe on all natural stone (sealed or unsealed), grout, ceramic, porcelain, terra cotta, Saltillo, quarry tile, terrazzo, concrete, pavers, masonry, and other water-safe surfaces.

For general floor maintenance, dilute 2 oz. of cleaner per gallon of water; for heavier soil, mix stronger and agitate with a microfiber mop or scrub pad before rinsing.

How is this different from the Everyday spray cleaners? The Everyday line is ready-to-use for countertops and backsplashes. This one is a concentrate you dilute with water — built for mopping larger floor areas, not spot spraying.

Will it strip my sealer? No — it's formulated not to affect the surface or existing penetrating sealers.

How much does one bottle cover? A quart covers roughly 4,000–8,000 sq. ft.; a gallon covers roughly 16,000–32,000 sq. ft., depending on soil level.

Can I use it on unsealed stone? Yes — it's safe on natural stone whether sealed or unsealed.
