Mapei Ultracare Epoxy Grout Haze Remover
Mapei UltraCare Epoxy Grout Haze Remover, 1 Gallon
UltraCare Epoxy Grout Haze Remover is a professional-strength, water-based formula built to remove epoxy grout haze from tile, concrete, and stone surfaces. Natural citrus scent, low-odor, nonflammable — an easier cleanup process than most epoxy haze products on the job site.
Safe to use on all natural-stone surfaces, including slate, marble, and granite, along with ceramic and porcelain tile. The longer epoxy haze sits, the harder it is to remove — so timely cleanup matters. For haze that's been sitting more than 7 days, that calls for a heavier-duty product (UltraCare Heavy-Duty Sealer & Coating Stripper) instead.

How long should I let it sit on the haze? Dwell time depends on how much haze and how long it's been sitting — check every few minutes on light haze, longer for heavier residue.
What if the haze has been on the surface for over a week? Switch to UltraCare Heavy-Duty Sealer & Coating Stripper — this product works best on fresher epoxy haze.
Is it safe on natural stone? Yes — approved for slate, marble, granite, and other natural stone, plus ceramic and porcelain tile.
Does it have a strong chemical smell? No — it's a low-odor, water-based formula with a natural citrus scent.
