UltraCare Heavy-Duty Sealer & Coating Stripper is a professional-strength formula built to remove what other cleaners can't touch — tough coatings, lacquers, varnishes, sealers, paints, and epoxy grout haze. Effectively dissolves heavy wax and grease buildup, and helps lift deep-set stains. This is the product to reach for on epoxy grout haze that's been sitting more than 7 days — past the point where the standard Epoxy Grout Haze Remover works well.

Water-based, pleasantly scented, and nonflammable, formulated to stay on the surface longer for easier removal of stubborn residue. Rated for most natural stone, grout, ceramic, porcelain, terra cotta, Saltillo, quarry tile, cement terrazzo, concrete, pavers, and masonry.

Important: this product will affect sealers, coatings, floor finishes, and painted surfaces on contact — it's a stripper, not a spot cleaner. Keep it off any surface you're not trying to strip, and don't mix with other chemicals.

Will this strip my existing sealer by accident? Yes, if it contacts it — this product is designed to affect sealers, coatings, and finishes on contact. Keep it off any surface you don't intend to strip.

How long does it need to sit before scrubbing? At least 1 hour, without letting it dry. If it starts to dry out, mist the surface with water to keep it wet.

When can I reseal the surface after stripping? Wait at least 48 hours before applying any UltraCare sealer or finish.

What's the difference between this and Epoxy Grout Haze Remover? Epoxy Grout Haze Remover is for fresher haze. Once epoxy haze has been sitting more than 7 days, this heavy-duty stripper is the better choice.
