UltraCare Heavy-Duty Stone, Tile & Grout Cleaner is a highly concentrated, high-alkaline cleaner and degreaser built for jobs that go beyond routine maintenance — most waxes, grease, oil, light soap scum, mildew stains, and algae. Effective at stripping most factory-applied waxes and floor finishes. Ideal for neglected floors or areas that see heavy traffic and buildup over time.

An alkaline (high-pH) cleaner is the right tool for deep-cleaning ground-in dirt and cooking oils — the kind of buildup a neutral, everyday cleaner won't touch. Also useful for removing the clear, sometimes-tacky film left behind when Flexcolor CQ grout residue isn't fully cleaned up during grouting.

Safe for occasional use on all natural stone, tile, and grout — but not recommended for regular, everyday cleaning. Save it for the deep cleans and neglected areas; use a neutral or Everyday cleaner for routine maintenance.

Can I use this for my regular weekly cleaning? No — it's a high-alkaline deep-cleaning formula meant for occasional, heavier jobs. For routine maintenance, use UltraCare Concentrated or Everyday cleaners instead.

Will it remove old wax or floor finish? Yes — it's specially formulated to strip synthetic and acrylic waxes and factory-applied floor finishes.

What's the dilution ratio? Mix 8 parts water to 1 part cleaner for standard use.

Can it remove grout haze residue? Yes — it's effective at removing the clear, tacky film sometimes left behind from Flexcolor CQ grout when not fully cleaned during grouting.
