UltraCare Penetrating Plus is a premium, water-based penetrating sealer that provides maximum protection against everyday stains from food, oils, and beverages. Natural-look finish — it protects the surface without changing its appearance.

Built for all interior and exterior natural stone (marble, limestone, sandstone, slate, granite, travertine, and more), unglazed ceramic tile, masonry, and grout. Also works as a pre-grouting sealer, protecting porous surfaces before the grout goes in. Low-odor formula suitable for occupied spaces, with long-lasting protection that holds up in high-traffic residential and commercial areas.

Allow new grout installations to cure at least 48 hours before applying. Shake well before use, and always test in an inconspicuous area first, waiting 12 hours to check results before full application.
