Mapei Ultracolor Plus MAX High-Performance Rapid-Setting Grout, Jet Black & Pure White, 25 lb.

Ultracolor Plus MAX is an ultra-premium, fast-setting, polymer-modified, nonshrinking grout offering rich, vibrant color with maximized color depth and consistency. Available exclusively in Pure White — the brightest white grout on the market today — and Jet Black, the darkest black. Fine-aggregate formula suitable for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4".

Features DropEffect technology to repel water, dirt, and grime, keeping grout joints cleaner over time. Formulated with High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT) for superior stain resistance, no efflorescence, and reduced water needed for mixing and washing.

Approved for interior and exterior commercial or residential installations, including dimensional stone, slate, granite, stone agglomerates, ceramic, porcelain, glass, and clay tile. Also a great choice for pool and other submerged installations, and suitable for pebble stone and river-rock mosaics. Resists mold, mildew, and UV weathering.
