Mapei Ultraflex RS Premium Rapid-Setting Tile Mortar, 50 lb

Ultraflex RS is a premium-grade, single-component, polymer-modified rapid-setting thin-set mortar for interior and exterior tile installations. A high dry-polymer content delivers excellent adhesion to both substrate and tile. FastTrack Ready — grout in 2 to 3 hours instead of waiting a full day.

Mapei's High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT) gives Ultraflex RS superior drying-out characteristics for quick curing, without contributing to efflorescence. Approved for residential floor and wall tile, plus commercial interior floor/wall and exterior floor applications.

Meets or exceeds ANSI A118.4F, A118.11, and A118.15F requirements for fast-setting mortars when mixed with water.

Does the color affect performance? No — white and gray perform identically. Choose white for light or translucent tile, gray for standard use.
