Cottage Grey brings the look of aged, whitewashed terracotta to a durable porcelain hexagon. The grey tone is muted and slightly washed out, with shade shifts from tile to tile that give a floor or wall a lived-in, farmhouse feel instead of a flat, uniform field.

Made in Spain, the tile is dry-pressed porcelain with very low water absorption, so it works on floors and walls, inside or out, including kitchens, baths, mudrooms, and covered patios. The matte surface has an R10 slip rating, a good fit for kitchens and bathroom floors.

The hexagon measures about 5.5" x 6.3" (sold as a nominal 6x6). Expect moderate shade variation from tile to tile, so pull from several cartons as you lay it out. The manufacturer recommends a tight 2 mm (about 1/16") grout joint and a modified thinset rated for the space; don't set it without joints.

Is this a true 6" hexagon?
No. "6x6" is the nominal size. The actual tile is about 5.5" x 6.3", so plan layouts and order quantities off the real dimensions.

Will every tile look the same?
No. Cottage has V3 moderate shade variation to mimic aged terracotta. Mix tiles from multiple cartons during install for an even spread.

Can I use it on a shower floor or outdoor patio?
It's porcelain with ≤ 0.5% water absorption and rated frost resistant, so it handles wet areas and exterior use. For shower floors, the small format and grout lines add extra grip.

What grout color works best?
A mid-grey or warm grey keeps the terracotta feel. A lighter grout will outline each hex more sharply; a darker one makes the shade variation the focus.

How do I clean it?
Warm water and a neutral liquid cleaner. Skip powdered cleaners and abrasive pads.
