Memory Oak Brown Chevron is a wood-look porcelain plank cut with angled ends, so the pieces lock together into a true chevron floor. It reads like a finely made oak parquet: soft, wavy grain and knots in a warm mid-to-dark brown, on a matte surface with a slight three-dimensional texture you can feel underfoot. Made in the USA.

Because it's porcelain, it handles the places real wood can't. It absorbs almost no water, resists stains, chemicals and freeze-thaw, and carries an Interior Wet slip rating. That makes it a good fit for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and entryways as well as living spaces.

The planks are rectified, meaning the edges are machine-ground square, so you can run tighter grout lines than with a cushioned-edge tile. V2 shade variation keeps the look natural without wild swings from piece to piece. Pair it with Memory Oak Brown in the standard 8x40 plank or the grooved Spa plank to carry the same color into adjoining rooms.

Install with thin-set over a flat, properly prepared substrate. Chevron layouts need a centerline and careful dry-layout before setting; plan on a higher waste allowance than a straight plank layout. Very tight joints are not recommended by the manufacturer — check the caliber chart for working size.

Will this chevron tile work in a bathroom?
Yes. It's porcelain with an Interior Wet slip rating, so it's suited to bathroom floors and other areas that get wet indoors.

How is chevron different from herringbone?
Herringbone uses rectangular planks set in a zigzag, so the ends stagger. Chevron planks have angled ends that meet in a clean point, giving a continuous V pattern.

Can I mix this with the standard Memory Oak plank?
Yes. The chevron, standard plank and Spa plank share the same size, thickness and colors, so you can run chevron in one room and straight plank in the next without a height change.

How many cartons do I need?
Each carton covers 10.33 Sq. Ft. Divide your room's square footage by 10.33, then add overage for chevron cuts — 15% is a common starting point; confirm with your installer.
