Tile Collection Memory Oak Brown 8x40 Field Tile
Tile and stone products are fragile, and it is normal to have some broken pieces during transit. You may receive up to 5% broken pieces. Please figure this potential breakage into your waste calculation.
Tile Collection Memory Oak Brown 8x40 Field Tile
Memory Oak Brown is a wood-look porcelain plank with a warm, mid-tone brown color and the soft, wavy grain and knots of natural oak. The surface has a subtle three-dimensional texture, so it reads and feels more like real wood than a flat printed tile.
It's a color-body porcelain made in the USA by Atlas Concorde, rated for floors and walls in residential and commercial spaces. Water absorption is 0.5% or less, it holds up to stains and household chemicals, and its DCOF of 0.42 or higher qualifies it for interior wet areas like bathroom and laundry room floors.
The 8x40 plank (actual size 7.75" x 39.37") has rectified edges for tighter, cleaner grout lines. Shade variation is V2, so expect slight tone shifts from plank to plank, which helps sell the wood look. The same color also comes in Chevron and grooved Spa versions if you want to mix patterns in one project.
Install note: keep the plank offset under 33% to reduce lippage, which is common with long linear tile. Very tight grout joints aren't recommended.

Can I use Memory Oak Brown on a bathroom floor?
Yes. It carries an Interior Wet DCOF rating of 0.42 or higher, which covers indoor floors that get wet, like bathrooms and laundry rooms.
What offset should I use for an 8x40 plank?
Keep the stagger under 33% of the plank length. Long planks have a slight natural bow, and a shorter offset keeps the edges level.
How much does the color vary?
It's rated V2, slight variation. Planks will differ a bit in tone, so blend from several cartons during install.
How many cartons do I need?
Each carton covers 12.92 Sq. Ft. Divide your room's square footage by 12.92, then add about 10% for cuts and waste.
