Laminate Floors: What NOT use to Clean Them

Laminate Floors: What NOT use to Clean Them

When cleaning a laminate floor be careful not to use too much water. The problem is that too much water seeps between the planks and can cause swelling.

Make sure you have the right mop. Rag mops normally hold to much water. Sponge mops can be good if they are clean and not too wet.

Do not use steel wool or hard brushes on your floor. They can scratch the surface of your floors.

Use a cleaner that is made for laminate floors and follow the directions.
